BrandBacker: InstaNatural's Dead Sea Mud Mask

Check out my latest product review on the InstaNatural Dead Sea Mud Mask!
This year I've been really into skin care, testing out what products could maintain healthy skin and keep it clear. Recently I've realized going back to my simple high school routine of one facial scrub and one moisturizer works best for me and has actually gotten my skin back to normal (as well as a prescribed medication to keep my acne in check - so if your acne seems impossible to take care of, I recommend checking in with your dermatologist to see what they recommend!)

However, I do like to occasionally pamper my skin to help get rid of any impurities my daily skin care routine does not remove. Masks have been my go-to remedy because of how refreshed my skin feels once the mask is washed off. After hearing about mud masks, I've always been meaning to try them out myself.

This is definitely different from the mask I'm used to, which is the Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask. Compared to that, the InstaNatural Dead Sea Mud Mask is creamy and smooth like a conditioner, and applies on fairly thin, almost like a tinted moisturizer. It has a consistency of a gel. At first application, I didn't see how it could possibly be a mask. But then it does dry and harden like the typical mud mask. After fifteen minutes or until it dries, I washed it off and my face felt refreshed. My blackheads on my nose seemed to be less prominent, but not completely gone, after this one use. Miraculously, my skin didn't get irritated by this product (because my skin is quite sensitive to random changes in my skin care routine). This is definitely a product I'd like to incorporate into my weekly skin care regimen.
